- Playback: episodes watched, watch time, device type, and app version.
- Billing: processed by Stripe and PayPal — we never store full card numbers.
- Device: IP address, user agent, and rough geolocation (country/state).
2. How we use it
- To deliver, personalize, and improve the service.
- To detect fraud and enforce our Terms.
- To send transactional emails and, only with your consent, marketing digests.
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal data.
- We don't share your watch history with third-party advertisers.
4. Cookies & tracking
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember playback progress. Analytics is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
5. Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your data from Settings → Data & privacy.
- Opt out of marketing emails at the bottom of any digest.
- Request a copy of your data by writing to [email protected].
6. Children
CozyDrama is not directed to children under 13. If we learn a child has registered without parental consent, we'll delete the account.
7. Changes
We'll notify signed-in users by email or in-app of material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
